Everyone talks about culture but no one seems to be able to define it in a simple way. If an organization needs to undergo a culture change, the question is “from what to what”. In other words, you need to know what your culture is before you can transform it into what you want it to be. We define culture as the sum total of all the actions taken by the company, at every level, from its formation to the present. These actions are influenced by the core values, purpose, systems and structures, and business principles of the organization.
